THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVES TO BE FREED OF TYRANNY
Ultimatum by the
International Surrealist Movement
Telegram to George W. Bush, President
of the United States of America
Mister Bush:
Considering
1.
That your regime is illegal and tyrannic, because you have never
been democratically elected by the majority of the American people ;
2.
That you possess arms of mass destruction (nuclear, chemical and
biological) which you refuse to destroy ;
3.
That you refuse to
accept disarmament as well as control by the United Nations' inspectors ;
4.
That you bomb and invade other countries in the name of a «
preventive war » and you are a grave menace for the peoples of the whole
world ;
We, surrealists of different countries, solemnly gathering in
a General Assembly, grant you fourty-eight hours to abandon your regime
and leave the United States Of America. You are surrounded by our forces and
without the slightest chance.
Retreat and we
guarantee your life will not be harmed and you may enjoy political asylum in
Afghanistan.
